Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Cancellations

Any order that has been paid for or placed for Cash on Delivery (COD) can be canceled for a full refund before it is dispatched from our facilities.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled for a refund.

If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched order upon delivery, they are liable to pay the delivery charges for shipping the order to and from our warehouse. For prepaid orders, this charge will be deducted from the order amount before any refund is processed.
Returns

Products can be returned for a refund only if they are initiated within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused, and unopened condition and must be in its original packaging. Used, opened, or damaged products cannot be returned.
Refund Process

For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges both for the original delivery (forward) and the return shipping (return from the customer). These charges will be deducted from the original order amount.

The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. If your refund takes longer than 7 business days, please contact your payment provider or our customer service team for assistance.
