What makes Shri Lal Mahal basmati special?
Our rice is sourced from the foothills of the Himalayas — the only region that produces genuine basmati. We age it naturally for its signature aroma. Every batch is FSSAI certified and Agmark graded.

What is the difference between Sella and regular basmati?
Sella (parboiled) rice is partially steamed in the husk before milling, locking in nutrients and giving grains a golden colour and firmer texture — ideal for biryani. Regular basmati is whiter and more delicate.

Is your rice gluten-free?
Yes. All our basmati rice products are naturally gluten-free.

How should I store basmati rice?
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Properly stored, basmati rice lasts 12–18 months.

How long will my order take?
Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Other areas: 4–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once shipped.
