Returns

  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original sealed packaging
  • To initiate a return, email care@basmati.club with your order number

Refunds

  • Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective or not as described.
